De Thuiszorg ZOW offers help, support and nursing care in the Zuid Holland region. We receive and solve questions and requests from institutions and health care professionals of all disciplines (doctors, nurses, social workers, etc.) as well as from private persons.

We work together with other organization’s, freelancers (ZZP-ers), mentors, government and our own team for a common goal: to improve the living conditions of the most disadvantaged through access to information, specialized health services and community / social work.

We offer a wide range of services for people in need, their families and caregivers through mediation, networking and connection with the appropriate authorities or direct provision of services, care and advice.
